Printing Finishes:
Gloss Lamination
Gloss and Matte Laminations offer a protective coating
and a high-quality finish for many applications.
They are used for a range of printed materials, such as
brochure covers, mailers, business cards, folders or
waterproof items.
Spot UV
Spot UV is a clear high-gloss varnish which can be applied to
specific areas of a sheet. This allows you to highlight certain
elements on your printed materials such as your logo.
A Spot UV finish can be used in almost any application, from
business cards to brochures, mailers and book covers.
Embossing
Embossing can help to enhance your business name or logo
by letting it stand out and be noticed. Embossing is ideal for
business cards, letterhead, envelopes, presentation folders, brochures and certificates.
Die-cutting
Die-cutting is usually used in packaging applications where a
printed item is required to fit within a specific shape.
What's more, by adding die-cutting to your materials, it can
help to set your packaging, brochures and presentation folders

Hot Foil Stamping
When you need to make your product pop with the perception of high value, Hot Foil Stamping is the way to go. It can be used to enhance and decorate materials with metallic, gloss pigment or matte pigment foils. You can even go with distinct textures and holographic foils.

Blister/Clam Shell Packaging
Choose from standard or customized Blister Packaging to let consumers see your actual product on the peg. Using a transparent sheet of PVC/PET, a mold is formed and cut to a given shape and then heat sealed.
Paper Pulp Mold
Our Paper Pulp Mold process is environmentally sound and uses the highest standard equipment in the business.
The process created from 100% clean, recycled materials from our facilities and neighboring facilities which easily biodegrades into soil leaving no harmful footprint.
Lenticular Printing
Lenticular Printing is a multi-step process
consisting of creating a lenticular image from
at least two images and combining it with a
lenticular lens. This process can be used to
create various frames of animation, offsetting
the various layers at different increments
(for a 3D effect), or simply to show a set of
alternate images which may appear to transform
into each other. Once the various images are
collected, they are flattened into individual,
different frame files and then digitally combined
into a single final file in a process called interlacing.

Investing in equipment and production capacity, from “pulping and slurry, tooling, forming, to film lamination” we have a complete in-line production system. Having our own development team and high speed automated production process, we can produce with a high yield rate without sacrificing quality.
Fudy also recognizes the corporate and social responsibility of “green” business processes. To ensure that Fudy is operating in a most environmentally-sustainable way, they have achieved the rigorous Hazardous Substance Process Management System Requirements validation (IECQ QC 08000). Further, Fudy has a product carbon footprint and SGS certifications, as well as FSC Forest compliance to ensure none of their materials are coming from protected forests.
